Michael and I fasted for three days, mainly to see if we could, but also to see the webs of unconscious programming that lay dormant in my mind around food and boredom.

If you're interested in fasting or your unconscious programming around food, you'll enjoy this.

Love yall and namasteezy.

Thank you so much for connecting us Kevin Johnson.

Jess is an Ayahuasca Shaman and Nutritional Therapist Practitioner. While following the cultural path towards becoming a lawyer, she developed crippling Rheumatoid Arthritis to the point of not being able to walk. Through diet change and planet medicines, she's been in full remission for over 5 years.

We get into her myth, her descent into illness, how she cured herself, and what it's like dancing with Ayahuasca.

Thank you so much for sharing your story, creating your course, and sharing Ayahuasca with people. I admire what you're doing in the world Jess.

Sean McCormick is the owner of two float centers in Seattle, Washington. He's an avid psychonaut, meditator, coach, and public speaker.

We get into his myth, the manifestation of his floating business, and a few esoteric fractals.

Sean, thank you for being so open and honest and unapologetically yourself. I enjoyed seeing the world through your reality tunnel, and I wish you the best on the podcasting endeavours.

Today we have on Rafe Kelley. He blew my mind. He’s the Founder of Evolve Move Play. He’s a student of evolution, fitness, and Jungian Psychology. He was my teacher on this podcast.

We get into his Myth, deep into evolution, the effects of civilization, and embodying the movement patterns of the Hero.

Thank you for coming on Rafe. I left this talk with multiple “oh my fucking god…thats amazing.” So, really, I’m more grateful then I can say. I love what you’re doing and wish you all the success.

The Ontological Trickster and Bullshit Destroyer, Cory Allen, is back on podcast. We get into his artistic process, what intuition is, and Cory helps me process my biggest personal self-development hurdle; the ego of the healer healing.

This one was uncomfortable for me because it felt like Cory was seeing and articulating a piece of my ego I like to not look at, but I’m glad he did. The Ego that comes with the path of thinking you’re a healer or helper is something I still grapple with.

As always, thank you Cory for your time, your bullshit breaking, and your reality tunnel.

Josh came back on the podcast, and it ended up being one of my favorite (probably because he let me talk so much.) Because we’ve already done a podcast, together, we were able to go off the normal format and we get into a lot of interesting psychological territory. I was microdosing of LSD, and he let me yap a lot. I think regular listeners are going to enjoy this one.

I met Devin at Christinana's birthday party and he immediately seemed interesting. I asked him what he did and he told me he was a creative director who helped entrepreneurs. I was intrigued but proceeded to get drunk and give unsolicited psychological advice to strangers. At some point in the night, I remember asking him to come on the podcast. He did, and here it is.

We get into his early life, his heroes, goals, and why he was attracted to the creative side of entrepreneurship.

Devin, thank you for humoring my sometimes overly psychologically inquicnentess, for candidly taking maybe the picture I have that most makes me look more attractive then I actually am, and for bring your candid honest to the podcast. I love your work and look forward to seeing you climb and grow.

Rob has the heart of a puppy and the body of a wolf. Since the day he decided to take himself off the adderall he was prescribed as a kid, he left his hometown to travel the country. He has been through every state, living everywhere from bridges to mansions to Indian reservations. He lives his philosophy, and I’m glad he stopped his travels to come do this podcast in person.

We talked about his early life, his call to the nomadic life, how the road was his college, and how he discovered his calling to be a bee farmer.

Rob, thank you for coming on, sharing your stories, your ganja, and your laugh. Your first impression on me is still one of the most significant first impressions anyone has had on me (we touch on it in the story.) I admire your goals and fucking love the honey you shared. I’m converted to the hippie crack. Namasteezy brother.

Adi and I have been working together metaprogramming. He felt the results needed to be shared so we get into exactly what the collaboration has looked like.

We get into exactly how he stopped his 18 year old nail biting habit, how we honed in on his goal of meditating every morning and every night, the fucking magic of the daily pages, and his honest thoughts on the service I provided.

This is a different kind of episode. I'd love to hear feedback from yall as to what you think of me sprinkling in episodes like this as I work with more people. This podcast is for you, so your feedback is welcomed. I love yall, and thank you for your ears and attention. Namasteezy.

I met Jayson through the wormhole that is Reddit. He is an Electroencephalographer (he runs EEGs), and he is a curious and bright psychonaut. He get into some really interesting territory that normally is not covered on the podcast.

We talked about his early life, the symbolic meaning of the spiral, what dreams might be, evolutionary Signaling Theory, some scientific underpinnings to telepathy, and I stumble through trying to explain Solipsism.

Thank you Jayson. This was a different kind of podcast. I normally ask people about their personal stories, but you and I wandered into some interesting territory, and the conversation just flowed. I'd love to have you back and to get weird again. Thank you for time and disagreeing with me constructively.

Dacorey is one of my oldest friends, and one of the most admirable people I know. He is a father, a creative fucking genius (he won’t agree but I can say it), activist, and friend. We get into some deep waters about truth and race in this podcast.

We talk about his early life, what is “true” history, how hard but necessary conversations about race are, and what we can do in the face of all the flaws we see in the world.

Thank you Dacorey. You challenged a lot of my views in this podcast and I think we did a good job disagreeing respectfully and productively. Thank you for the years of friendship, and I admire the family you are raising and the music you are making.

Who Conner is the host of The Pleasure Monkey Podcast. He also was the project manager for Aubrey Marcus's Go For Your Win Course. That's where I first met him and his fucking refreshing authenticity. He helps people balance their careers and passions, and he let us go deeep into his personal story in this podcast.

We explored his early life, the danger of the victim mentality, encountering his masculine linage in an Ayahuasca ceremony, and the creation of his lifestyle design consulting.

Without a doubt, Conner has been one of the most forthright and revealing guests I've had on the podcast. The man exudes self-acceptance and genuineness. Thank you Conner for being a guiding force in the Go For Your Win Course, creating the conversations happening at The Pleasure Monkey Podcast, and for sharing your story on mine.

Luis is one of the most capable young men I know. He’s come from poverty, selling drugs as a teenager, went to jail, got diagnosed with depression and put on antidepressants, went to the jungle to drink ayahuasca, and now he is a growing entrepreneur in Austin, off all medication, and has become a brother of mine.

We talked about his early life, his hustling youth, the path from jail to the jungle, and his path to getting off antidepressants.

Luis, thank you for your authenticity and honesty. You’ve become one of my closest friends since meeting you. I respect how effective you are and it seems you’ve really integrated your God-Father’s personality. I look forward to growing with you brother. SUITE!
