We cover her early life, when she knew she wanted to be a filmmaker, and her path from being alone and lost to being on the cusp of producing her first short film.
Ashleigh is one of the few people I know who is using her talent to reinvigorate her home town. I respect her and her vision, and I look forward to seeing it manifest. Thank you Ashleigh.

Blake is a Father, Husband, Austin Native, and Rabbit Trail Seeker (lol).
His story is inspiring. He is an authentic father and husband who married and settled down early and is currently reevaluating his purpose and mission. This is a great podcast for any of you that are young parents now, or had children young.
Blake, your boys are lucky to have such a genuine Father. Thank you for being honest on this podcast. And I'm looking forward to the blossoming of your King project.
There is a great synchronicity moment at the 55 minute mark.

Thank you Goober for the laughter and music. It was beautiful (check out the opening and closing songs she gives.)
Christine, also known as “Goober,” left home to pursue music in Austin. She shares her childhood, her journey, 2 beautiful songs, and when she found out she was gay.
At the 46 minute mark, we get into a scientific technique used to help people quit smoking. I think that is a piece of information that could help anyone.

Derek has an incredible story. I’ve never met someone in person with his level of intensity and commitment. It was truly inspiring to sit down with him.
There are a lot of practical health gems in the second half of the podcast. We cover his incredible story, his 3 fundamental wellness techniques, the evolutionary influence of mastery, his 3 principles of diet, the power of journaling, and meditation.
I left this podcast feeling high. I think you will too.

Steven Handel is a psychology writer and personal coach. He runs the Psychology website theemotionmachine.com.
His website was one of the websites that I looked up to as I was building my blog. He has great content and it didn’t stink of marketing.
We cover quite a few great psychology books, what his 8 year website grind was like, and what his number one daily habit is.
If you’d like to help me bring a video component to the podcast, please support me on Patreon. Metaprogramming is ad-free but that means I depend on your support.
And we are now on iTunes. One reason I do the podcast is to get the feedback from the interwebs. Yall can be brutal but honest. Leave a review and let me know what you think, what you like and what you don’t. I read all of them.
Thank you and Enjoy. Suut!

On this episode we have Kelsey and Jeff, an Actress and Film Filmmaker couple. I love any podcast where someone says “I’ve never told anyone this.” That to me represents the magic of podcasts, and this episode was magic.
We get into each of their stories, moments they felt like quitting, and how Kelsey tries to romance people lol. It was a hilarious and entertaining podcast.
If you’d like to help me make podcasting my full-time job, please become a Patron.
I know you’ll enjoy. Suut!
